Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of Rêve Refund Policy are fully met. Notification of damaged products shall be supplied to Rêve Care Team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds or change in product type are not provided in the case of damaged goods. Your product will be replaced with the same item you purchased. In order to claim a replacement product for a damaged product please supply proof of purchase and images of the damaged product with your request.
Order cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Your account will be credited with the same value as the purchase amount. Please carefully read the product, packing and shipping descriptions before purchasing an item to ensure you are entirely happy with the terms of supply. Refunds are not permitted for change in mind.
